Matt Dylan's music video from the film Red Dirt Rising
Historic North Wilkesboro Speedway and Red Dirt Rising today announced the release of Matt Dylan's music video of "Carolina Moonshine". As part of the partnership Red Dirt Rising filmed at Historic North Wilkesboro Speedway and for the first time NASCAR legend Junior Johnson appeared in his first ever music video in support of Red Dirt Rising.
Over the course of several days in December, Carolina Moonshine was filmed at Junior Johnson's farm and the famed North Wilkesboro Speedway. "This film has given us the opportunity to give a glimpse into the lives of some of "Stock Car Racing's" first families" said Todd Morris of Red Dirt Rising.
The music video for "Carolina Moonshine" highlights the history behind stockcar racing dating back to the days of running moonshine and is being used to help promote the film "Red Dirt Rising" to a broader audience.
Scheduled for later on this year Red Dirt Rising will be showing for the first time at the famed Historic North Wilkesboro Speedway. "This is a great honor for us and a historical event for all of us here at Historic North Wilkesboro Speedway to be given the opportunity to premier Red Dirt Riding" said Alton McBride of Speedway Associates.
